Performance begins long before stepping onto the field. In collaboration with M.J. Bale, we brought our Reda Active fabrics into a new context: the uniforms worn by the Wallabies during official appearances, events, and international travel.
Durability, comfort, freedom of movement, and a contemporary aesthetic accompany the athletes in the moments leading up to the match and those that follow, helping to build an image aligned with the team’s values. Because what is worn off the field is also part of the overall performance.
Shared values: attention to detail and responsibility
In the interview, Andrew Kelleway - Wallabies player and M.J. Bale Ambassador - emphasizes a central concept: attention to detail.
Even what is not immediately visible can hold deep meaning for the person wearing it. It is a principle we recognize in our daily work: the quality of the wool, the construction of the fabric, the care devoted to finishing touches.
Kelleway also reflects on another fundamental aspect: responsibility as awareness of one’s role within a broader system. In a team, every individual behavior has an impact on the group; likewise, in a company, every choice contributes to shaping a collective identity.
«You have to be responsible for the environment you are in, whether it is small or large».
In high-performance sport, as in our industry, this translates into daily consistency: you cannot excel in one area and neglect another. Every choice contributes to the final result.
A shared vision
The collaboration between Reda, M.J. Bale, and the Wallabies stems from common ground: research, quality, and attention.
When fabric becomes part of the game, it is not merely about clothing. It is an extension of the team’s identity during official engagements, travel, and public appearances.
Because performance is not built only on the field. It is built every day, in the details, both on and off the field.
