ANTI-UNIFORM was conceived as a photographic narrative of the territory in which Reda has had its roots since 1865: a valley where time does not stand still, but flows to the rhythm of daily work. A place where work is not an abstract concept, but a constant presence, made up of repeated gestures, relationships built over time, skills passed down and transformed.

At the heart of the project are the people who make all of this possible. Anti-Uniform observes and listens to the real life of the valley to offer an authentic and multifaceted portrait. Faces, hands, places crossed every day: artisans, small businesses, spaces of encounter. Not a system organized around a single center, but a widespread network of relationships that holds the community together and defines its identity. It is within this interweaving that Reda fabrics also take shape, as a concrete expression of shared knowledge.

The project is a reflection on professional clothing and its meaning. Against the idea of the uniform as a tool of separation or standardization, Anti-Uniform proposes a reinterpretation of work as a common language, a shared code that does not erase differences, but brings them into relation. The images reject posing and rhetoric, choosing a direct and essential gaze: work as it is, lived, everyday, human.

Anti-Uniform is, above all, a cultural stance. Against homogenization, in favor of the coexistence of identities.
