Categories of personal data processing
The personal data processed through the Website are the followings:

Purposes of Data Processing

Legal Basis
For Contractual and Legal Purposes, the conferral of data on the part of the client is not obligatory, but constitutes a necessary and indispensable condition for registration, purchase of products, use of specific services offered by REDA, or compliance with obligations of the law laid out by legislative regulations: the eventual refusal of conferral of data necessary for the completion of abovementioned objectives will render it impossible to use the products and services requested and offered by REDA.
Processing of Data for Marketing and Profiling Purposes is optional and subject to your prior consent which may be revoked in any case.
Retention period
Your Data are processed for the time strictly needed to fulfill the above mentioned purposes and, particularly, for Contractual Purposes Data are retained for the duration of the contract (in case of an account created on the website or in relation to services provided by REDA) and for 10 (ten) years after the requested service.
For the Legal Purposes, your Data are stored in accordance with the specific limitation periods defined by law.
Data for Marketing and Profiling Purposes are respectively stored for a period of 24 (twenty-four) and 12 (twelve) months, without prejudice to the right to object to the processing at any time.
Upon expiry of the above mentioned retention periods, your Data will be automatically deleted or made anonymous in a permanent and non-reversible way.
Methods of data processing and security measures
The data will be processed using appropriate tools to guarantee security and confidentiality and can be carried out not only with manual tools but also through automated tools to store, manage and transmit the data. We also inform you that any personal data referred to you will be processed in compliance with the manner indicated by the GDPR, which provides, inter alia, that the data should be:

Data communication and transfer abroad
In order to pursue the aforementioned purposes, REDA may communicate, in Italy and abroad, the personal data of users/customers to third parties who provide services upon their request. We will provide these third parties with only the information necessary to perform the services required by taking all measures to protect your personal data.
The data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area if this is necessary for the management of your contractual relationship. In this case, the recipients of the data shall ensure the same protection and security obligations to those guaranteed by the Data Controller.
