How to register on the website?
Customer can register on the website and log in the reserved area by clicking on the "My account" button at the top right of the main page of the website. To access the reserved area, it is necessary to fill in the relative form specifying whether you are a Consumer or a Trader
Do I have to register on the website to make a purchase?
Yes, whether you want to log in as a consumer or as a company, you need to register on the website. Once logged in, you will benefit of several exclusive services:
- Track your orders and view previous purchases
- Save your addresses and credit card details to speed up your purchases
- Manage your profile and order history, as well as check the status of your orders
- Have access to your Favorites
How can I change my account details?
You can change your personal details, with the exception of the billing address, at any time by accessing the "My account" section/access data. To report a new address, please write to store@reda.it customer service
Can I change my password?
Yes, after you have logged in, you can change your account details. By selecting "Change password", you can enter a new password.
Purchases
For purchases on the e-shop Reda1865 you need to register and create a personal account. To take advantage of a rapid and easier service, we recommend to save the Products in your Wish List, so you can keep track of all orders and returns.
How do I place an order?
If you want to buy a product on Reda 1865 website, it is necessary to:
- select the number of meters of the fabric of your choice from the product sheet;
- add the product/s to your basket;
- after you complete the order, click on the "Shopping Bag" button;
- select the type of shipment and the desired payment option;
- enter the shipment details and, on the next screen, the payment data;
- check that the information entered are correct and then click on the "Buy" button
Within a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail containing the details of your order. From this moment our warehouse processes your order and, as soon as it is dispatched, you will receive a separate confirmation e-mail.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Items for sale on the e-shop are usually available and never "out of stock". However, we inform you that items of the capsule collections are available until stocks last and you can view the meters available in the product sheet. If this item is in your basket, it can be purchased by another customer until you have completed your order. If the selected variant/number of meters combination is not currently available, the purchase option will be blank.
How can I use the promotional code?
You can enter the promotional code at any time directly in the "Shopping Bag".
Can I modify/cancel my order?
Once it has been placed, you cannot modify your order. However, you can cancel an order if it has not yet shipped by contacting directly the Customer Care. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the received items, you can return them free of charge within 14 days from reception.
Is it possible to buy the Products in a different way?
No, it is not possible. To place an order, you shall exclusively use this website http://www.reda1865.com/reda/it/shop-online/tessuti.html.
How many items can I buy?
Starting always from a 1 (one) meter base for each item, it is possible to buy up to a maximum of 20 meters at a time for each color, considering a minimum and progressive increase of 0.10 meters. For the service 25 it is possible to purchase a maximum of 4 half-pieces per variant.
How can I request the sample book with the fabrics included in the service?
In order to request the sample book, you need to register on the website and order them directly from the product catalog. Any sample may be purchased in any other product sheet by clicking on "Sample Books"
What is the cost of the sample book set?
Each book set costs 100€ and the price will be deducted from the first order of fabric placed. Once requested and purchased a sample bundle or a book set, each customer will receive a promotional code of the same economic value that can be used in the "promotion code" section in the shopping basket.
How many sample books can I request at a time?
You can request 1 (one) sample book set for free, with the credit option. From the second request onwards, the request has a cost and there is no maximum limit.
Which means of payment do you accept?
Please refer to the “Payment” section.
Is the VAT included in the purchase price?
The amount for the desired fabric length includes the VAT in accordance with the relevant legislation. For the VAT exemption it is necessary to send the Declaration of intent, which can be anticipated by e-mail at info.reda@reda1865.com, or by fax at the number +39(0)157011003. In order to be valid, the original document shall be sent to the following address: Successori Reda S.p.A., Via Robiolio 25, 13825 Valle Mosso (Biella), Italy.
Shipping costs are included in the purchase price?
Yes, for purchases over € 150,00, the shipping cost is included in the purchase price.
Shipping
Your order will be delivered to the address indicated during checkout. Shipping times are calculated starting from the moment you receive the shipping confirmation e-mail (business days).
Do you provide same day delivery service?
Orders placed by 12:00pm EST on weekdays will be delivered the same day by 6:00pm EST. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST on weekdays and during week-ends will be delivered on the next business day.
When I will receive my order?
Your order will be dispatched only upon approval of payment and delivery details. The amount charged for shipping will be displayed directly on the checkout page, after entering the delivery address. For shipments in Italy we use DHL Economy service and delivery times are 3-5 working days. DHL Express service is also available upon request by selecting the relevant option from the payment check out. For shipments in Europe we use DHL Express service and delivery times are 3-5 working days. For shipments to other destinations, please check delivery times at the moment of the check out. The timing is merely indicative. For more information visit the General Conditions of Sale section. Every delivery must be signed for, as we need proof of delivery. We cannot authorize a delivery without a signature, so please make sure you are available to sign for the delivery. You can track the progress of your order by accessing "My account", in the section on the order history. Any delivery date or time specified by us is only an estimate and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you resulting from any delays in delivery.
How can I check the status of my order?

The confirmation of the delivery and the tracking number (essential to monitor the status of the order) will be communicated to you by email when the package will be delivered to the courier from our warehouses. Delivery costs using the Economy mode are free for orders over € 150, but any customs duties and charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Payments
You can easily and safely purchase items on Reda1865.com website through our secure payment system either by credit card or PayPal. We use the most advanced technologies to protect all your data. If you are a registered user, you can save your payment and shipping details in "My Account" section.
Credit card
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Online purchases can be paid by credit card by providing the card number, expiry date and security code. The amount will be charged to your credit card once the order is confirmed.
PayPal
If you select PayPal as your payment method during the checkout, you will be redirect to the PayPal website to log in to your account in order to proceed with the order or to create a new account without costs. The amount will be charged to the credit card associated to the account (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard) or prepaid (Postepay). PayPal protects buyer's information as no financial information are shared. In order to ensure an additional level of security, PayPal will send a confirmation e-mail to every transaction executed. Please note that with this method, payment is debited on your PayPal account at the moment the order is confirmed. In case of cancellation, the amount is refunded to the same account.

The Loyalty Program is a free and completely digital service dedicated to Reda clients that allows them to accumulate meters by purchasing fabrics from our online portal.

How can I join the Loyalty Program?
Loyalty Program membership is reserved for individuals who have a valid and active “company” account. It is possible to access the program through the dedicated area by clicking on the “My Account” button located in the upper right corner of the website’s main page where you can view your level and number of meters accumulated.
How do you collect meters?
You can collect meters by purchasing products on Reda 1865. Both single cuts and 25-meter bolts count towards obtaining prizes. From the moment an order is confirmed, the number of meters will be updated automatically in the “My Account” dashboard.
What are the advantages of the Loyalty Program?
The Loyalty Program allows a Client to access specific promotions both Online and Offline.
How long are meters valid for?
Accumulated meters are valid starting from the day you join the Loyalty Program until January 2021, after which, points will be reset.
Where can I find my offers/promotions?
In the dedicated “Loyalty Program” section within “My Account”, all available offers/promotions will be visible. Each offer/promotion can be used once only.
Is it possible to transfer points from one account to another?
Accumulated meters are personal and connected to a single account. They cannot be transferred to another person within the company.
You can check the status of your order within the My Account section, or if you are not registered, you can use the DHL tracking number found in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
