Reda applies control procedures throughout its production supply chain to monitor the origin of materials and the key stages of the manufacturing process. These activities make it possible to provide more accurate information about the provenance of fabrics and the management of the supply chain. The growing interest of consumers in traceable data makes these practices an ongoing area of focus for the company.
Transparency
Made in Italy represents for Reda an invaluable heritage of creativity and craftsmanship to be protected and enhanced: ‘Since 1865,’ explains Ercole Botto Poala, CEO of Reda, ‘we have produced all our fabrics in Italy. The fleece is combed at the Pettinatura di Romagnano, in the province of Novara, and is then dyed, spun, woven, and finished at Reda’s mill in Valle Mosso, in the province of Biella.
