In 2019, Reda took another step forward in this field thanks to the creation of an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), which lays out the impact of the creation of the Group’s products
This declaration is based on a Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), which examined Reda’s entire manufacturing process from fleece to finished product. Thanks to this certification, Reda Group is able to guarantee maximum transparency regarding the environmental impact of its fabrics.
After being the first wool mill in the world to obtain an EMAS certification by virtue of its continuous improvement in environmental performance, Reda Group takes another step forward with the EPD, presenting itself as a benchmark and point of reference for other companies in the industry that aspire to measure the impact of their own processes, thus contributing to the safeguarding of the environment
