Questo processo ha lo scopo di abbinare fra loro e ritorcere i filati per ottenere i cosiddetti \u201critorti\u201d, pi\u00f9 spessi e resistenti. La scelta di quali filati abbinare \u00e8 quella che porta a ottenere le caratteristiche desiderate in ciascun filato, al fine di creare tessuti per tutte le esigenze.<br \/>\n\n<br \/>All\u2019interno del reparto ritorcitura di Reda lavorano 21 persone, tra addetti alla conduzione macchine e assistenti, divisi in 21 ritorcitoi. L\u2019esperienza e l\u2019entusiasmo di queste persone consente a Reda di avere una produttivit\u00e0 di oltre 3.000 kg di filato ritorto al giorno.<br \/>\n\n<br \/>La funzione ultima della ritorcitura \u00e8 combinare filati in base alla tipologia desiderata. \u00c8 possibile abbinare capi identici tra loro oppure optare per capi diversi; il risultato \u00e8 un filo estremamente robusto, e completamente personalizzabile in termini di titolo, mano e colorazione.<br \/>\n\n<br \/>In conclusione, la ritorcitura rappresenta un passaggio cruciale nella filiera produttiva di Reda, dove precisione e competenza artigianale si uniscono all\u2019innovazione tecnologica. Questo processo, che conferisce robustezza, elasticit\u00e0 e una texture unica ai filati, \u00e8 fondamentale per garantire la qualit\u00e0 finale dei tessuti. Comprendere l&#8217;importanza della ritorcitura significa apprezzare il valore intrinseco di un prodotto tessile, frutto di una lavorazione attenta e meticolosa che affonda le radici in una tradizione millenaria, ma che si evolve costantemente per soddisfare le esigenze del mercato moderno.<br
